What is private hire? Private hire is when you hire the house as an individual for a stay or event. We also do commercial hire which is for companies, brands and creators. Regardless of the category you fall into please get in touch with your inquiry and we will be happy to help!

Can I stay in The Pink House? Yes, absolutely! We have many private hire options.  Contact us to receive a brochure with pricing.

 

How much does it cost? We have options starting from £150 per guest and have an extensive list of services and private hire options so please get in touch!

Do I get the house exclusively? You sure do!  The house is available to hire exclusively for you and your guests. ​

Can I hire the house for just one night? Yes you can! We currently do not have a minimum stay requirement.  However, we recommend 2 nights 

​because once you get there one night won't feel like enough! 

​

How far in advance do I need to book?  Year on year we get fully booked up so it is best to book as soon as you are ready. It is hard to say exactly because each month is different, but for summer months it usually about a year. Please do get in touch for exact availability though because we do often have the odd date available here and there for last minute bookings!

​Do you take hen parties? Not only do we take hen parties, we specialise in them! Please reach out for a brochure with all the options available to you. We are delighted to help.

How many does the house sleep? This depends on the dynamic of your group and if people share beds, use sofa beds, etc.  All of the sleeping arrangements are in our brochure and we are happy to answer any question you have so please get in touch for all the options.

How do I book? If you go to our contact page and fill in the contact form you will automatically get a brochure with pricing sent to you with information on how to book. It is super easy and a dedicated member of staff will be there to help you with every step along the way.

Can I celebrate my birthday at the house? Of course you can! And what better way to celebrate your gorgeous self than our gorgeous private venue and quite possibly the funnest house on earth! Contact us to get all the information and have a birthday of dreams!

Can I get married at the house? Although we cannot do the official signing of the papers at the house we can do everything else! From start to finish we have got you covered.  Wedding planning, rehearsal dinner, boutique accommodation for your guests, photography, glam squad, wedding breakfast and of course- the reception! We would love to hear from you to chat about your special day. Contact us now!

What time is check/in & check/out? This depends on the night you choose to book so please do get in touch so we can send you all the information and options to choose from!

I have seen the house on airbnb.  Can I book on there? We are only able to take bookings for our location in Essex directly due to specialist insurance requirements where we are unable to book the house through third party websites.  However, we will soon be able to take bookings for our Marrakech location either on airbnb or directly. If you reach out to us we will be happy to assist you in taking your booking and answering questions for either location.

Can I have a children's party or can my child come to my party at the house? Unfortunately this is not something that we accommodate. The house is an experience for grown ups where you can let your hair down and leave the kids at home!

Can I hire a room? Unfortunately, we currently do not hire out individual rooms for private hire stays.

​

Can I just hire the house and book my own catering and entertainment? Due to specialist insurance requirements we are unable to have third party suppliers. Our suppliers are carefully selected and make for the best experience at the house.  However, you are welcome to brink your own food/drinks and booking entertainment and catering isn't a requirement for booking the house. ​​​​​​​
